How Israeli Volunteers Change the World | Aug 25, 7:00pm

In honour of Israel’s 70th Anniversary, Shalom Israel is screening a brand new 90 min documentary about Israel’s amazing humanitarian program.

Touching Lives Across the Globe

Featuring stunning cinematography and moving interviews, To Life follows Israeli volunteers in Uganda, Nepal, Greece, Kurdistan, and the Palestinian territories. Watch as children in Africa leap for joy over Israeli supplied water, be touched to see Syrian refugees comforted by Israelis, and rejoice over Israel’s life saving heart surgery program.
Discover Israel’s national tradition of humanitarian service and good works—and learn why a nation so small is having such a tremendous global impact.
It’s the story you won’t see in the news - and one that will challenge you in a fresh way to love your neighbours and your enemies.
